WEEKLY REFLECTIVE

then, we reflected on the meaning of mental health and how this related to our research and we wrote a reflective journal.

we started by writing down our initial thoughts then focused on what stands out in each statement, thus creating a concept map which shows connections between concepts that are relevant to the topic.

CONCEPT MAP

1. Mental Health is a state of emotional and social well-being.

2. Mental health affects your thoughts, feelings, mood and behaviour.

3. Symptoms of mental illness can be physical, psychological or both.

4. People with mental illness may have difficulties in their everyday lives for periods of time (known as "episodes").

Thank You.
